Pavilions Of Harrogate Wedding Photography | Kate & Simon | Harrogate Wedding Photographer
Kate & Simon chose Pavilions of Harrogate as their wedding venue. The pavilions are set in the great Yorkshire show ground in the centre of Harrogate. It is fully licensed for weddings which enabled them to spend the whole day there.
The day was perfect from start to finish and the weather was beautiful. My day started with bridal preparation wedding photography at the Cedar Court Hotel in Harrogate. The room was light and airy and Kate and her bridesmaids were enjoying their morning relaxing with hair and make up.
Kate looked absolutely stunning in her wedding dress and was ready nice and early so we were able to get some wedding photographs using just natural window light before i had to set off for the venue.
Simon moved here from Scotland, his family had all traveled a long way to be part of the celebrations and in true tradition he and all his best men and ushers wore Kilts, they all looked fantastic and every detail of the wedding had been coordinated beautifully. The girls were in navy blue bridesmaids dresses which matched perfectly.
Kate was given away by her Dad, they arrived in style to their wedding at the pavilions of Harrogate for a nice early ceremony which enabled them to enjoy a full day of celebrations.
I LOVE a good veil and Kates was no exception! As soon as i saw it i knew we would be making use of it in the pictures later in the day!
The wedding breakfast started with one of Simons best men saying grace and offering roses to the ladies on the top table, after the meal it was time for speeches. Which contained lots of laughs and happy memories.
Once the sun had dropped a little and the light was prettier we headed off into the grounds of the pavilions for some couple photographs.
We ended the bride and groom portraits up on the balcony over looking the great Yorkshire show ground. The sun was sat perfectly between Kate and simon.
My day finished with first dance, Kate and simon had hired some giant Mr & Mrs letters which looked great in their first dance photographs.
